I love stuff like natural healing. Pilates and Yoga is one of them. Occasionally I might add an entry on Reiki, meditation and other stuff as well.

Yin Yoga For Anxiety, Stress and Dizziness
I love the practice of yin yoga because it is very relaxing and therapeutic but I'm having trouble leaning forward when I'm dizzy. :-( I'll skip that part and do the rest.
